Ruben Rocha

"Hi! I go by Ruben Rocha III. I am a P3 student, bless. I am very passionate about everything I do, and I always try to do the best job that I can. Being the Kingsville Chair of the Remember the Ribbon Committee, I plan to incorporate my duties here with my duties in other organizations so that I can promote awareness and inter-professionalism within the college. I am a strong believer that the best work can be done when we all work together. I’d definitely like to tear down some of the preconceived notions about patients with HIV, that way we can all have a more open empathetic mind when we encounter these specific patients."

Sarah Khan

Hello, my name is Sarah Khan, and I am currently a P2. I joined SNPhA because I admire their dedication to serve others and how SNPhA strives to promote excellence in everything they do. As the Remember the Ribbon co-chair, I hope to raise awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, especially in relation to the pharmacy field. As future pharmacists, it is imperative that we familiarize ourselves and our community about the prevention, treatment, and the impact of HIV/AIDS, and I hope to help make this goal a reality.
